"Merged FrameMaker Template" for Altiris

Purpose: When Altiris acquired Wise Solutions, the documentation teams at both companies used FrameMaker and WebWorks Publisher as their authoring and help tools. To provide consistency throughout the documentation set and to increase the template's usability, I worked with a writer from the Altiris team to develop a common FrameMaker template. When we completed the project, I presented the results to the combined team.
Audience: Members of the technical communications departments of Altiris and the former Wise Solutions.
