Purpose: To provide reference and instructional information to the users of the Wise Solutions ConflictManager product.
ConflictManager is a component of the Wise Package Studio suite of products. This document contains references to other documents in the suite.
Audience: System administrators who repackage software installations for distribution to the client computers in their organizations' networks.
My role: Researcher, writer, page and template designer, producer of help and print outputs.
I wrote all of the content for this document.
Tools used: Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat Standard, RoboHelp, Visual SourceSafe.
Corporate style: This document follows the format, structure, and style guidelines that were developed by the Wise Solutions technical publications team.
Distribution: This document was distributed in PDF format with the ConflictManager software. The same information was distributed in WinHelp format, which was accessible from within the software.
A 7" x 9" printed copy of the reference manual was available for an additional fee.
